Refund & Cancellation Policy:

At Ghumo Devbhumi, we value your trust and aim to provide clear and fair refund practices. Our refund policy ensures that your cancellations and booking adjustments are handled transparently and efficiently.

Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are applicable under the following circumstances:

  • Cancellations made 15 days or more before the tour date are eligible for an 80% refund. A 20% administrative fee applies.
  • Cancellations made 7–14 days before the tour date are eligible for a 50% refund, due to partial booking commitments already made.
  • Cancellations made less than 7 days before the tour date are not eligible for a refund as all arrangements are finalized.
  • No refunds will be provided for “No Shows” or for unused services during the tour.
  • Refunds may also be issued for service cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances or booking errors on our platform.
Refund Process

  • Verify your booking and cancellation eligibility.
  • Process the refund to the original payment method.
  • Notify you once the refund has been successfully completed.

Refunds are typically processed within 7 to 10 working days from the date of cancellation confirmation. However, please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Cancellation Process

To cancel your booking, reach out to our support team with your Booking ID and registered contact information. Cancellations are considered valid only after a confirmation email from our side.

Force Majeure & Exceptional Cases

In the event of cancellations due to force majeure—such as natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, or political unrest—we will do our best to offer alternate travel dates or partial refunds. These cases will be evaluated individually with a fair and flexible approach.
